Any Info on This Car

I am new to this forum via way of the attached car for sale. THe dealer does not have much info on it and with the mods I figured someone on here would no something about it.

From looking at it can you tell what mods have been done and do you think it is a good deal?

Rims and radio are not stock. Car looks clean but the price is way too high. Same car without the supercharger and NOS would probably go for $18K.

W/out knowing the mods you cannot not tell if it is a good deal. ask the dealer for a list of mods.

There was a similar Marauder used by a company.

It is the highest price I have seen for a used Marauder regardless of mods.

Looks like....Vortec supercharged, NOS, Sound system w/o subs, aftermarket wheels, boost guage and another guage, LED's front and back with a pretty expensive controler for them...dont see a siren prolly at least 400hp...but still the asking price is way to high....it is one of only 980 made in that color. Oh yeah...and it has heated seats.

I would love to pick it up at a reasonable price. $32k is high. I like the fact that it is already done mod wise but want to know what I am getting into. The dealer has not responded to my inquiries which leads me to believe that they do not know much about the car.

Depends on the the color....if its all amber or amber/green they are not illegal to have but if they are blue/red/white you might want to get rid of them if you get the car or request that they take them out.

I had a P71 with legal strobes. No color just clear. 4 corners and both mirrors.

1 not used while vehicle is in motion
2 not used to commit a crime
3 no colors... must be clear
They impounded it. Cops dont like things like that.
I sold it.
Plus likely there will be holes drilled in places that are hard to fix.

This car is, as others have pointed out, not worth more than 22K-24K.

Be advised that the tuning programs installed with a FIT progcharger are not SCT but Diablosport. Not many people deal with that brand.

Does the car have the Tuner, called a Predator (hand held device) with it? If not then that could be a problem if a computer reflash is necessary.
That has the orginal stock tune and is VIN locked.

Where are the exhaust tips? Hope the pipes are not cut so exhaust is exiting under the car, very dangereous.

The nitrous system seems to lack a Traction Controller which means at WOT it's full on (assuming the bottle is opened) There is no bottle warmer, only needed in colder climates. The arm switch is under the right side dash, the red toggle switch. What shot nitrous is it? If you can't find the owner that had this work done and talk to him personnally then I would back away. The cost of ownership may be astronomical. FWIW.

Don't buy it. It's not worth it.

You'd be MUCH better off with a stock or less modified Marauder and doing your own mods.

They want WAY too much for it. Considering it's history, mods and current condition. I'd give 22K MAX!!!

It IS a peice of Marauder history, though as FIT#0. FWIW :dunno:

This is the same dealer that had a DBP listed for about 1 day last week that was all chopped up with LEO lights and crap all over it. Black steel rims, looked like a Procharger. They wanted $28K, I can't remember the mileage.

This DTR, as several have stated, has been listed for months at about $39K. I love how some of you guys know the history of the vehicle, FIT #0, awesome info.

Doom is right. I knew i have seen that car on ebay some months ago, but the price was lower than that. If r looking for a marauder and plan on doing mods 2 it, than get that 1. U can't find 1 with that milage and with mods already on. Offer them 25-27K for it.
