I've had my '04 Marauder sitting for awhile now (didn't drive it at all last year...lazy about getting worn tires replaced). It was sitting with a full tank of gas. Now more I'm reading says I shouldn't really run it on that gas at all. I'm looking to drain it. Are there any easier methods on this particular car than going and buying a siphoning kit and siphoning it out? Can I or does the MM have some kind of screen that won't let me get a hose down there? ...or (would be nice) is there a drain plug somewhere I'd miss (haven't looked under there in awhile...getting ready to do that now). I NEED to get behind the wheel of my Marauder again......
Thanks!

I would adda good amount of Stabil. Shake up the tank after adding and drive her gently. I would not waste all that gas.
Give it the old sniff test, it should be o.k., just not enough octane to support hard acceleration. Stabil will help a little. I always put a bunch in Before I store my Thunderchicken.
Some have said Tolulene is a good addative, but I never tried it....

no drain plug on the gas tank. I would siphon the bulk out if I could use it elsewhere, like the tractor.
With the tank full, the quality of the fuel is still good, no airspace to contaminate the gas with condensation.
Don't sweat it if it smells like gas.
Run it, & top it off w/ some fresh gas.

Drive it and use up the fuel. IMO it shouldn't be a problem.
I add stabil to my boat and infrequently used cars and had no problems .
