The god head in my wheel is loose

To be specific, it's that cap thats dead center of the wheel with the god head on it. The one on the driver front wheel can rotate easily but the other 3 dont do that. I can't pull that cap out, though.

Can those fall out?

Mine are a bit loose and I actually intend on siliconing them in next time the wheels are off. Only to make them removable but not loose enough to fall out.

Yes, they can fall out.

Perhaps the ring clip that holds it in needs a bit of of a bending adjustment.

Use some Coax-seal sold at Radio Shack....will fix the
problem instantly.....remains flexible and can be used over and over.
