I was looking for high octane gas in my area and I came across this site....

It's a huge crock...expect to see a lot more of this chicanery as fuel prices continue to rise.

Not necessary, he will have 4 or 5 threads asking for advise, 4 or 5 more with results and then 1 asking if he made a mistake.

as far as im aware water is used to put out fires not make them

Diesels and jets have been using a water spray for years to add power to them. But that is not what this is about, this is a chemical process to obtain the hydrogen from the water, to burn with the gasoline. It does work, it's just new tech, and will take time to be a viable solution. A thread about two weeks ago, called Hydrogen Generator, discussed this, one member produced "gas" and was in the process of running a small Briggs on it.

I know that you can seperate hydrogen from water and cause it to combust.
7th grade chemistry
the real question is whether this system will actually do it
