So I'm having a nice little cruise in the suburbs of Boston on a beautiful night (tonight) as I pull up to a 4 way stop sign, a bus pulls up to a stop just after me, he is directly across from me, meanwhile the car to my right goes, now its my turn go, I start to go and the guy to my left starts to go, so I nail it, as I go by the bus the car is 10 times louder than normal and my buddies yelling at me, get off it!! Get off it!! And I'm sayin in my head what the heck is he talkin about, so I look in my mirror an there's a Boston cop right behind the bus, he didn't turn his lights on, he didn't try to catch me, nothin, maybe he liked the car, maybe he was just feeling lazy tonight, I still couldn't get to the next town over fast enough, my heart was racing!! Sorry about the long thread I had to tell someone

So, nothing actually happened. . . . right? You whooped up on a bus? Ok, good job, now calm down.

I do however, know how our cars sound much louder when running beside a bus. I just never really tried to race one because of that.

Just tuck that win under your belt, and get yourself some sleep. I know you must be pooped.

I do feel that I am picking on you, simply because of the massive quantity of wine that I have consumed tonight, but . . . . I am really having fun.

Thanks for sharing your kill with us.

Well the wine explains why you read it wrong, the bus was across from me going oppisite directions, there was no kill involved in the story, I was avoiding a collision, the car to my left did the california roll, I just stayed on the throttle a little to long

It's possible the cop thought you were "on the job". Were your windows rolled up?

I smoked a cement-mixer once...

...I was in my company cherry-picker, though, so it was a righteous kill.

My apologies, I missed a couple of important words the first time I read it. Damn those speed reading classes!

I'm glad you avoided an accident, and I am wearing my favorite dunce cap as we speak. :sorry:
