OK Guys and Gals...
I'm getting this code (PO190)...Fuel rail presure sensor circuit malfunction...
Started right after a dyno tune for the Procharger install...
Car runs fine, no problems...A/F is good at all RPM's...presure is @ 40 at idle and increases as the RPM's increases, I think it got as high as 68...
I can see that the tuner increased the fuel presure in the higher RPM ranges...would this be the cause of the light?
Can the computer be taught to accept the new readings?
Or do you guys think that the presure sensor just went bad?
All thoughts are greatly appreciated...Thanks...

FP does not need to be raised in the upper rpm's.
I think there are a few tables associated with FP and where it should be at.
If those tables are conflicting, the FRPS will throw a code cause the commanded FP is out of range from actual.

Thanks Zack...I will relay that to my tuner...

DD11 DTC P0190: CHECK VREF TO FRP SENSOR
Note: Before proceeding to the following test step, a complete inspection of the fuel system for external leaks must be completed. Repair any leaks before continuing. Verify fuel level before beginning test steps.

I used to get the same code, until I bought a Kenne Bell disc to go under the FRPS. I think the added FP from my Boost A Pump and Focus Pump was causing to much pressure in the rails. My car had a part throttle stumble just as it came into boost and the extra FP was added. I noticed the two times I replaced the FRPS were right after track events where I had gone full throttle to full closed. My conclusion was without a return line, the pressurized fuel had no where to go and went with the path of least resistance. In my case, that was the diaphram in the FRPS. This was proven by the smell of fuel in the vaccum line that connects to the FRPS.

P0190 is a code that logs when VREF is out of range low. This could be caused by a wiring problem or a FRPS problem. I have not seen any data to attribute this to a tuning problem. I had this same code on my totally stock 03. The disc under the FRPS was to address a different issue that I think could be solved by changing something in the calibration - I would have to research what this is.
