When I called flowmaster, they said due to slow sales, a cat back system would not be produced at this time.

I used the Borla 14986 system for the 99-02 GM/CV. You will need to buy the 99-02 exhaust brackets (FMC F8AZ5C263AA - $12.44 & FMC F8AZ5260AB - $16.27) and two Borla accuseal clamps 90115s for $12.99 each. cut the Borla system just after the balance tube in the 3 foot straight section. expand the rear to make a slip fit and use the two accuseal clamps. this is neccesary as the 99-02 system is 3 to 4 inches too long. the system is t304 stainless and guaranteed for 1 million miles. tone is deeper but just as quiet as stock. has a soft drone at 1500 rpm under light load which disappears quickly at 1600 rpms and never returns.
