Is it just a CVPI grille?
I think that's Marauderman's car. I particularly like that car (and Tom too!). Maybe PM him for more info. If I'm wrong, I'm sorry in advance - someone will confirm I'm sure!

I guess I forgot to answer this question (Too busy drooling over "Red Line Beauty"!. I voted Tom's car for Best-of-show at MVIV). Crown Victoria grills are different than the Marquis/MM grills. They are not interchangeable!

I've made one in your image, Tom! A few saw it at the SSM picnic this year.
Mine is flush up with the surround and putting that dual compound curve in the metal is a M-Fer.
Before you ask, no, I won't make you one.

I'll settle for some pics.
I made the grill in the pic.
No way will I ever make one again, way too difficult

I'm working on one this weekend...while i make a badgeless.
If it turns out as well as i hope, you have first dibs on the expanded metal Sean.
Does anyone want to reveal where and what they used?

I got my 4x4 sheet of STAINLESS STEEL expanded metal from McMaster-Carr.
You HAVE to make it out of stainless or it will rust at every rock chip.
You can use aluminum,, if it even exists!
Have fun cutting and forming Stainless

Zack do you remember the stats on the mesh size you used? Size of opening, size of metal, etc.
This keeps boiling in the back of my head but I know it will be a tough job.

Thank You.
I've played with stainless before. I'm not too worried.
Is the grill you made flattened or raised mesh?

Tom, your car does look sharp!
Thanks- Looks like yet another viewing has stirred up some more interest again ......sorry Zack---but it is a great product --alot of ya'll haven't seen it before until a pic of it appears regarding another subjects sometimes --but just the same --thanks for all the nice comments----I will post more pics of my MM , has many have requested that of me, as soon as I take some newer ones--those I have don't show the Beauty as I want her to look--so be patient--... admitting , I think the Red Line does make her SPECIAL!!
Its much the theme of the car--brakes , bumber lettter inserts, trim, air stems all are RED--even the rear tags cover trim--against her black paint.....and all started accidently with doing one then the other and another--it just seems to go well ---stay tuned --for pics later.....Tom

If I'm going to pay Zack for a grille, I think I'd probably just pay for a badgeless grille.

Ok. I really love the Red Line Mod (RLM - that's catchy!).
I don't mean to be insulting, but are they painted on or tape?
From the pictures it looks like the color does not come out flush with the top of the groove.

It is tape ( from Advance Auto) and I need to re-do it--It is a first install and I need to do it all over again --alot of areas are not "right"....like you noticed..and thanks for the RLM comments----.

Actually, the 295's are on widen rims ---to 9.5"....sorry if I may have misled you---..some owners have placed this size on OEM rims--however, I do not recommend it for Safety reasons-

No you weren’t miss leading (I assume to much.)
I have the stock tiers on her now with about 12K on them. But down the road when it is time for new tiers I definitely want to go bigger. Where did you order your rims?
How does she ride with significantly wider tiers. ?

This discussion has gotten off the thread subject---grills-----so I will PM you--that means private message and you will get a notice of it --open and I will have the info you want---also I suggest using the "search" feature top of the page--look for "widen rims" there is a bunch of info to look at---Tom
