No, not kidding. A pretty red one with performance stickers on it.

And SOUNDLY.

I started BEHIND him at a light and blew by him. I had the A/C off so I heard his engine whine as soon as I caught up to his rear quarter. It did not matter. I pulled by him so easily I let off the accel to turn and see what he was doing - I know he gunned it because it was quite loud.

The only thing is that engine must have been beat all to hell since after he did what I have recently learned what is called the "loser flyby" I saw blue smoke from his tailpipes.

It was still very enjoyable. I couldn't help but laugh, though. It reminded me of the red droid in Star Wars blowing a gasket or whatever.

Maybe it was a Porsche "outside" with a '72 VW Beetle engine (friend of mine did that once for fun). Whatever it was, it sure looked nice to pull away from it!

Thanks guys --

Thing is I don't know what year it was -- they all look the same to me. (didn't know the different years looked all that different in design) I would have just said "911" except for the printed "Carrera" I saw since I was behind him.

If I hadn't started behind him, never would have seen his rear.

I still think there had to be something wrong with his car. Felt good, tho'!

Yeah----it was a great win!!

NO rain this Sunday morn--got MM out for spin--- looking to have some fun--had a built up passion of "withdrawals" from having her in the garage cause of so much rain---anyway--crusing along the interstates arounf my side of town at 65mph and first catch comes by--a Caddy CTS---he studied me a bit and eye to eye contact and then his big grin and then his "goose" of gas and then a look ahead --all clear---I'm thinking --ok --anytime big boy-- --he waits --so I pull away with just a slight push of gas and all of a sudden --he said it was on--so he got a jump pass my door and then I realized he really wanted to run--( OK --I was on the hunt and should have realized --but ) so I just push my baby to the floor and held on--all of a sudden it became a rocket ship and flew by the caddy and my baby wanted more ---by now we're at , we'll me anyway at 110 and he is giving up rather quickly--I thought he would go beyond that with so much clear run of road ahead and no traffic--(wouldn't have done it unless it was clear and just us- Sunday morn don't forget--no one really around--) I 'm gonna have to WOT her with out no one else around more often and pleanty of road --cause it's a beast over 100 smelling for more--to get more acquainted -sorry for the long finger tongue here--you get all caught up with it when your out taking care of "withdrawals" ----Funny --withdrawals seem to go away--how interesting!!
