Air Ride issue

I've noticed over the past 2 weeks that the compressor is unusually loud and has a bit of a different sound to it.

Today when I went outside, it was clear the rear of the car was much lower than usual. I was concerned, and turned the car on. After a few minutes it pumped up and appeared level again.

Does this sound like a problem coming? I've been watching the car all morning and have not yet noticed a significant drop.

My air ride is working fine, the system is normally noisy inside the car until ride height is achieved. When you exit the car after shutting it off, I hear a gurgling noise from the system releasing pressure from the rear bags. This is most likely to preserve the bags as a full/normal inflation is not necessary when you park it.

Well it was one of those noises that you just knew something was wrong.

In any case, its been at the shop all weekend with a dead compressor.
