JUST PICKED MY NEW MM TODAY FROM HOLMAN LINCOLN MERCURY IN POMPANO BEACH. WHAT A CAR ! I LOVE THE EXHAUST NOTE AND THE WHEELS ARE SIMPLY THE BEST ! NO COMPLAINTS . GLAD TO HAVE FOUND THIS SITE IN ORDER TO GET WITH OTHER MARAUDER OWNERS.:)

I've been on this site way before I purchased my new Marauder so I can get an idea of what I was buying. It's very informative and I was convinced, this is what I want. I got mine from Jesup Ford-Mercury with 58 miles on the odometer on 10/10/2002. I LOVE IT!!!

All you holdouts, pay attention! L/M just lowered the dealer invoice on the MM to $29, 432.00. That is around 2K less than in June. This number MAY include holdback so actual "dealer invoice" may be $400 to $600 more. In any event get crackin'. Now IS the hour!

From a Chicago dealer's salesman sitting at his desk in the showroom. He sold me mine in June.

They have none to sell at the moment. Didn't mean to prompt anyone to head for this particular dealer. They all buy the MM at the same price. This is 2-day old info. Wait until your local Elgin dealer catches up with the change then negotiate him down to a selling price that reflects these new numbers. What I don't know (anyone?) is whether on-hand stock is automatically refigured at the lower dealer invoice price, even though their MM's were originally at a higher dealer cost.
