AMG....Holy S**T

I generally behave myself on the highway but today I had to see how fast AMG's were. I pulled up beside a 07 E63 AMG (70 MPH) he looked at me I looked at him and the next thing you know we both hammer it, I just could not believe the acceleration the Benz had, within a few seconds he was gone!!

I guess when you have 500+ HP it will generally have a few challengers....

+1 slayer I saw one on supercars exposed, and yeah it will blow most all our MMs away, I wonder how any of our top blown MMs do.


And it is a beautiful car with the power to match. If I get several million in expendable cash, after getting the MM blown that's next.

Hey, you did just fine. AMGs are brutal cars BUT....there is now an AMG trim package available. Kinda like a Eddie Bauer thing, has nicer seats and trim, no mechanical mods, but gets you the AMG rims and badges. I put one of those guys in his place not long ago. You never know til you try...or just check out his exhaust system!

If my Trilogy finally gets friggin shipped to me, I won't worry about any AMG decals.

I saw that episode as well. Of course I went to my latest time slip to compare. He ran at an 1/8 mile track and my time was .2 faster in the 1/8. I am fairly confident that car would pull like a banshee and beat me to the 1/4, but considering that automobile lists for 250K, I am happy with a car that could hang with it at 1/5 the price! (after mods etc.)

I like the AMG estate wagon that Top Gear did a show on this year. Much better than the BMW. Talk about a shaggin' wagon!!:D

My friends dad has an AMG C63, all the AMG's are really nice cars.

I wouldnt be embarrassed losing to one.
