For the same price or nearly the same price I would rather have a Marauder for winter use.
Marauder is safer than a CV and up here we either get alot of snow or none at all. I would rather have a Marauder for winter vacations than a CV. Plus think of all the interchangeable parts.
Blue is easy to see in winter.
And it is just blue after all, it is not like it is DTR.

 How do you figure a Marauder safer than a CV?

Maybe because of the side airbags?

5 star all round rating vs a 4 star rating for the CV.
Plus the 04 has a better build than the 00 CV.

why not just buy a POS car for winter?? why ruin another MM?
and im not a huge fan of the blues, but i am a defender...... they are the rarest, therefor i hate seeing them get beat up.
buy a CV. there is really no difference between the 2 for safety, and if by chance you roll over in winter in you MM or CV.... you prolly had it coming to you lol.
quit talking out your a$$.... the car is in Illinios. you going to ship up your winter car? that is about as practical as buying a MM for deep snow use

It's his money. If he wants to buy the car, who are you to say no. He can use it for whatever purpose he wants. Seriously get over it. I drive my car in the winter, should I be banned from owning a Marauder?

I didn't see where a 2000 was even mentioned.
Doesn't the 2003 CV have side airbags and would have the identical safety rating to the Marauder? (The answer is yes.)

Yes. MM's shouldn't be driven in the winter.;)

Not sure, but if they did, the only one to have it would be the LX Sport.

And why shouldnt Marauders be driven in the winter? It's not like they are a 100k dollar super car. Dont get me wrong, I love my car and wouldnt trade it for any other car out there, but it's just a nice version of a Vic/MGM.

A local places sells the 2000's currently.
I picked a Blue as I like the colour, but not as much as Red.
Yes it is in Il, but there isn't much choice when it comes to Blues.
I noticed it comes with a sunroof, that kind of kills this one for me. I need a non sunroofed car, unless it is a Jaguar. For some reason i fit in Jaguars that have sunroofs, but nothing else.
Zack has a nice Black Trilogy Marauder, that might work for winter.
hmm I wonder.

Thats abit much, and i think he might be deciding to keep it.
Sides that car is WAY to mint to be a winter car.

I agree, the CV LX Sports (also GM LSE) are pretty good looking.
