Electrical problems ?

I have a 2000 CV, having intermittent electrical problems in that car shuts off and know apparent electical power at all of any kind ,windows ,door locks, lights do not work. Then it may return after a few minutes and seem to be okay. Believe I have a good battery and alternator. Any clues out there?

Drop the knee bolster and see if the ignition harness is half-ass plugged in. Also, make sure there isn't corrosion in the underhood power distributiion center.
