Awww good grief cut the guy some slack. He can always go back to stock if he wants to. It doesn't even look that bad. In fact compared to the crap I see down here its nice. It would look better lowered but if he likes it on stilts, its his car. I like it though the wheels/color combo fit the car nicely. Marauder24 customize your car the way you want it. Even after over 2 years of ownership, I still walk really slowly toward mine and admire the stance and just how everything looks right. If I had big ass manhole covers on it like our friend here - I would get in, duck down and leave as quickly as possible. I wanna see it in person so the vomit has someplace to land. It makes me nauseous that you do that to a Marauder. Buy a Cadillac or Buick and join the elitist group that ruins those.:shake:

This is not my taste, but as it is said "to each their own". I'm amazed at the number of comments about somebody's car (it ain't to my taste, in fact I think it's FUGLY) and some of the kinda personal comments that have been made. Just because someone CAN afford to do something to a car doesn't mean that he SHOULD do it. Money doesn't buy taste, but then again taste is pretty much a personal thing. In this case, my taste (after I puked a few times) is different from the owner's. That said, it's his car and he can do whatever he wants with it. I liked it but i would put skinnier tires on it. The blue marauder is on 26'' asanti wheels and looks beautiful. (My opinion) and this dtr was at a Dub car show 24''. I love my stock marauder but one day i will put 22's or maybe even 24's on it. I plan on painting it dtr or maybe even chamelleon you guys probably aren't going to love the latter but i will. I remember when those rims came out in 2004 that marauder 24 has, they are called Dub Shaolins and they originally had a wire mesh background sort of like a shaolin warriors face mask. I really like them and if i had them i would mount them on my marauder with skinnier tires and lower my car to give it that "tucked" look.
2 years ago i walked a total of 14 miles rain or shine daily to catch the city bus just to get to work and school. 1 day while calling my friends begging them for a ride home after a long day of work. A black marauder jacked up even higher than marauder24's on 24 inch rims pulled up and i fell in love with Mercury marauders that was the first time i ever saw a marauder. I knew that it wasnt a grand marquis and knew that it was special. It is a total disgrace to say the least what you did to that car. All you are is a ballbuster getting off on watching members scream back at you. Well, these members here know there S*** about these cars and have helped me out of a couple jams with mine, and there the last people Im going to piss off. So, when the day comes when you go outside to start your junk car and all hell breaks loose on it, and you run to your computer and start typing away to all of us about how much help you need getting your bad ass car going, I dont see many responses coming your way!

Donk is a 65-76 impala or caprice, Box is the boxy caprices from the 80's, and bubble is the B body caprice/impala etc.

Lifted, on huge impractical rims, they look ballin to the donk community but ugly and horrid to everyone else, its all about puttin your bling into your car, wrap some rubber bands around it (very tiny tires) and go swaggin.
