How can I get my tail light black out.

Do a search for "night shades". It is a spray type paint that makes them look dark but allows the red through when the brakes are used.

That or take it to a paint shop. They can spray clear with a little bit of black paint and do 5 or 6 coats so its still clear.

this is the way most of my friend do it... looks best to me
