i did not ask if they had dpb i used engine enamel as i wanted
a paint that would hold up fairly well and this as close as i could find
but i would agree it would look better dpb

Powder coated Ford GT covers. I am sure that coating the blue you have now with car color matching paint would work as it is fairly close and it would look fine. Do your thing, it is your car, make it yours. :)Dennis

Tire pressure looks low, or is it just my eyes, or is it just the angle of the wheel?
Blue looks fine. Question is do YOU like it now that it is on your car?

i like it
like it was said it would be better if it was dpb
red would not work with this color car so i wanted to see a blue
and get some opinions here
and again i would have loved to match the body color
but i wanted somewhat durable paint
and what i found in this type paint is somewhat limited
black would be next??

I dig it. I have been wanting to paint my brakes and just haven't had the time or weather conditions to do it.
Even if they don't match, who cares, at 75 mph in the passing lane they all look the same....:burnout:

Afraid you're going to have to go back to your school days of mixing paint. See if you can get one in blue and slowly add a little black. Make sure you use the same brand an consistency of paint. I tryed that on my DTR (pics in gallery) with Dupl-Color Caliper and tried to mix it with touchup paint (cheaper) instead of a second box of caliper paint. Lasted all of 9 months before it started peeling off.
Will do it agin but the right way this time.

That sound's interesting. I never thought of black before. Has anyone on here ever painted them gloss black? I'd like to see that. Also, a friend of mine with a silver mustang has silver calipers. I actually didn't notice them for a while. I just thought his calipers were just really clean.
