That's unbelievable... 2 to 3 hour lines!!! In california the gas prices skyrocketed but there are no lines. There is definately something wrong.Hope this gets solved so you can enjoy your beast.

I'm sure many of us remember the gas shortages of the 70's and people being shot on gas lines. Hopefully, we won't have to relive those days. I remember "odd and even" purchase days and that emergency personnel had the right to purchase gas on demand.

It seems Tuscon is going to have a tough time of it for the next couple of weeks. Hopefully, there won't be price gouging additionally taking advantage of the emergency. Good luck to you Arizona drivers out there.

If I remember right (I was a kid) - Our gas line shooting was in Houston when a guy bypassed the line. He was buying diesel and it wasn't regulated to odd-even. The guy who shot him assumed he was buying gas and double-tapped him in the chest. Bad deal.:(

I guess this means if your buying Diesel--to post sign outside your vehicle door ( both and all over--just -in-case) to this effect before motoring out to buy!!
