My cheapest mod was FREEEEEE! I cut a coil and moved my rear ride-height sensor. Got dropped 1.25" in front and .75" rear.

How do UDP's add HP?


They do exactly as they're named. They slow down all the accessories so the engine doesn't work as hard. Kinda like "adding power" by lightening the vehicle. You don't add power - you decrease the effort to do the same thing.

IIRC (and it's been years ago now) those numbers look right. Some were say 12 rwhp, some were 15+rwhp. Of course folks like Barry do date back a bit on this web site.

They add hp to the rear wheels but not to the crank. After UD pulleys you'll still be at 302 at the crank.
