In no way do I want to come across as flamming the ford Techs and SM we have here.

AAHHGHGGGG!!!!!!!! These people have NO freaken CLUE!!!

I took my car in to have the clock spring replaced, and told the Asst SM that it would be my dime paying for it, and that I neede it back ASAP. I dropped it off this morning at 7:45, and again was told it would be ready at the end of the day. I get a phone cal here at the office from someone else at 3pm that sence it was purchased at a different dealer, that I need to take it there sence there seems to be an issue with when it got put together... DUH!!!! Thats why it's there!!!

Anyway, after explaining to the shop monkey WHY I didn't take it back to the A-clowns who ***** her to begine with, He hangs up, only to call me back that they don't have the part in STOCK!!!! No I'm just ammused... so far past pissed, that I've come full circle. I told him that the Asst SM who I dropped it off with had contacted thier parts dept about the clock-spring. He hangs up to check, and calls me back with "Ahh yup, we got it... "

Yea, I was gonna start investigating the caravan possiblilities next week. My only problem with the 17th is I'm bringing my 16 year old and school absence could be an issue. We'll have to see. If I can't make the 17th, I'll just have to floor it and catch up.

ANYWAY, The car was ready when they said it would be and it was in the price range they said it would be.

Also, I have a horn!!

So, though the Asst SM who was calling me and making me upset had no clue, the work was done well, and ontime.
