You should try driving on the M25 London Ringroad.

I spent 1 hour driving 100 yards all because a truck(lorry) full of bircks rearended a Mercedes Taxis that then went pinto and blewup. Killed everybody and blew bricks on all 6 lanes. They closed the M25 and rerouted all the traffic through the secondary sideroads. Luckily I was going the other direction, but my access exit, 18 or 19 was the one they shunted all the traffic through. It was terrible until I got back on the M25 going the other way and then I had the road to myself, for the first and only time.

The M25 is the worlds fastest parking lot.

Then again all of London has alot of congestion.
