Enable HTML

HTML was disabled during the rearrangement. Can you please enable it again as not having it breaks many old garage postings and limits the amount of useful formatting?

Can we please turn HTML back on so the formatting of many old posts is usable? Going back and editing these posts is time consuming, will not restore the post to its original state (as BB code only offers a small subset of HTML formatting), and may result is loss of information. Thank you! :)
