Car cover size different for MM

I bought a cover to use at work. Looked up online for a size for Budge but only found Grand Marquis. Listed as a size 4. I went to Wally World and bought a size 4, took it home and tried it on. It was way too big for me but came 3 ft short of fitting the car? I looked at the back of the box and saw Grand Marquis -- size 4.....Marauder -- size 5. What gives? (Exchanged for a size 5 but haven't tried it yet)

I would only use a NOAH weave from California car covers.

I would use that, but I need protection more from bug and bird scat along with ding protection than rain so I use the Evolution cover from Carcraft, which is related (either made for, or made by) California Car Cover I think.

But also just my POV
