Spring is almost here. We have Grey Herons and Egrets.

Still working on my skills. These are shot with some loaner glass;)

EXIF can easily be viewed for those of us running Firefox, by downloading EXIF Viewer. All the info is then a right click away.

Typically 400 ISO, Aperature Mode, f8.0, shutter speed 1/1000+, AI Servo focusing, center point focus point.

I actually shot in RAW, cropped, resized and tried to tune up the colors/sharpness (I think I over did the sharpness on a couple of them ) and converted to JPEG. Tonight was the first time shooting with the lens, I think there is a lot more in it, I just have to practice, practice, practice.

Sweet, Jeremy! First one is my favorite! The lighting perfectly highlights and contrasts the wing feathers. Great contrast with the background.
