I have a head ache trying to scale them to the 100kb size. I just posted them to the member gallery. Send me a PM and I will email the high res photo. This look makes me feel like the evil spidey...or bizzarro opposite reality photo.

That doesn't look too bad on silver. I was thinking about doing mine black, but on a black car they get lost and look like you have a ton of brake dust on your wheels

These are not the rims from Adam. The ones from Adam are on the car. I had another set that needed to be resurfaced lots of pitting. The guy did a great job and convinced me to powdercoat them.

If your opinion is "H" humble...lay off the caps and the exclamation. Thank you for your opion just the same.:alone:
If your opinion is "H" honest....then read you loud and clear.

I do not like the Black PC on a Silver car.

Sorry.....

Seriously...and I have a very similar setup...powder coated as well...but the outer edges need lathed and polished.
Otherwise, they're awefull.

I was thinking of doing the inside, (the unpolished, non-chrome) area in black powder-coat, with red calipers. leaving the chrome shiny. What do you think?

I think you should NEVER ask opinions on an appearence Mod.

IMHO they are both equally awful

I think that would look cool. It would make cleaning hte inside of the sheels easier and make the red calipers stand out in my opinion.

Cruztaker, you just came up w/ my new favorite factory wheel idea... that looks soooooo much better than the "brake dust special" all-black

Fair enough.
Mine's faster nanny nanny nooner...:neener:

Actually once the inside has been done, particularly in black, it's even harder to keep (appearance) clean.

Get Napa Ceramix pads to cure brake dust.

Hey man, I think it looks alright. But it would be a bit nicer with a polished lip (like cruztaker's) and if you were to paint the background of the godshead badge center caps. So that the Godshead actually stands out more.
But overall I think it makes it look pretty mean,

Thanks, I'll try to have it done by St. Louis. I was also thinking of doing the chrome in black chrome for next year.

Different, but I don't think I would do it. On a positive note, they look better on the car than that Cobra emblem.

Did those rims work out ok Court?
I am no longer at the job so I'm sorry it has taken me this long to follow up with you. If there are any problems call GreenLeaf and ask for Ted, he's your best chance of working out a great deal.

Hey silversurfer...thanks for checking them out. Too bad it 26 other posts to get to the person the post was intended for. I don't even remember asking for anyone's opinion. I'm glad we had a chance to follow up on the phone. Driving the car in the state of Connecticut during the winter months with these rims...I am sure to get wide birth on the interstate... this set up looks exactly like the state police unmarked.....thank again for your :help: court marshall

Why didn't you send him an email with the pics instead of putting them on a puplic forum if you didn't want any feedback???

t's a matter of personal taste. I've had mine all black on a black Marauder for 5 years. Makes the car very sinister. They are hard to keep clean, but what Black car isn't? Doesn't matter to me if no one else likes them, they didn't make my car payments!
