After seeing John's Car , I'm sure that no matter how you do it, it will look great.

Ditto, no doubt! Have you considered ghosting a '70 Boss look?

Black with a flaked dark, dark grey (Like your hood) design? There's also the lip of the trunk under the spoiler as well (or not like in this pic).

i think the car would look narrow with the old boss look, and the car doesnt have crisp, sharp lines. but that was also considered

JJ, I really like Jake's suggestion and think it would look SUPER with silver over black. This type of scheme was a real contender when I was considering my paint. Ultimately, though, this inspiriation won out:

I think, if you use Jake's inspiration, you should continu the hood stripe right over the car and continue the rocker stripe (which appears to be tapered) to a point near the end of the back bumper (before it starts to curve).
I can see that design in my head and like it! I'd hate to see you do something not unique. However, I definitely do believe in prior muscle car inspiration for our cars!
I'll do some more looking around at my old ideas and post if I come across something 'worthy'.
Gimme a holler. I did go through quite a number of possibilities. You may like some of them.
Whatever you decide, good luck. Designing a custom paint scheme is very personal!

A tapering line beginning at a point at the front turn signal and expanding to the top and bottom of the tail light. 'MARAUDER' masked so as to remain black on the rear quarter near the widest end of the taper.

The picture won't copy, so see this link.
I considered a two tone paint scheme with silver on top, tapering into 3 classic scallops on the sides and outlined with, of course, the green I chose. The bottom scallop would have tapered to a point on the rear bumper, middle scallop to in front of the back wheel and top scallop to the driver door handle.
We (my painter friend and I) decided the color change on top would have been too much work for our limited time frame.

Imagine this type of two tone with a silver on top, color of choice separator line (where the chrome is). now move the break line up to the hood like where the line is on Jake's picture, above. Align the bottom of the two-tone with the bottom of the tail light.

Mask all the blue areas to remain black. Red area to remain black. Paint all the white area silver. That's a wide stripe with a thin stripe on each side. Mask that 'hip' above and in line with the rear fender well. That extra line on the sail panel would look cool, too!
