Wow. Nice. Great tale of woe for scammers: if you try to scam folks on parts for their most beloved of cars, they will get your home address, pictures of your bedroom, and social security number.

People think that the internet is an anonymous forum. In the world of perfect record-keeping, anything you say can come back to haunt you, and your electronic fingerprints are all over all of your actions. I've seen these "terrorize the scammer" threads before, and the one that made this one stand out for me was the ingenuity to reverse the removal of license plates from photos: http://forums.mbworld.org/forums/showpost.php?p=2841858&postcount=331. And that was the one thing I thought was for sure.. Go Benz boys!
