i like the cobra emblems. what % is that tint?

I have only seen one blue MM around Baltimore, older lady driving it around the Dundalk area and had light flint interior.

35% if metered would still fail since the windows are already factory tinted with 95% or 98%. So it could meter 30% or 33%.

My windows metered at 2% with 5% tint.
