Thanks everyone for answering my previous question. Here is the problem:

Changed Fuel filter and plugs tonight. Of course, the clips broke. I had some extra ones that just needed to be filed down a little and fit fine. I then replaced plugs with Motorcraft Platinums, gapped to .054. Started the car, Check Engine Light on. Here is the codes I got from my scanner:

1) P1233 - Fuel Pump Driver Module Disabled or Off Line (Fuel Pump Driver Module)

2) P1235 - Fuel Pump Control out of Range (Fuel Pump Driver Module/VLCM)

I did the fuel filter first. I disconnected the Pump Control Switch in trunk by unplugging it. Started car until it died. Put filter on, reconnected Pump Control Switch, turned to start position a couple of times to get the fuel pump and stuff back in order and started it. No Problems. These codes did not come on until after plug replacement. First start, 1233 and 1235 came on. I reset it. Second start just 1235 came on. I reset it. Started 2 more times and no more codes yet. What did I do? Should I be nervous? I just bought it and I am just trying to keep up on some preventive maintenance so excuse me if I am coming across nervous. Thanks guys, please somebody calm me down!

Is the Fuel Filter installed the correct direction?

Don't worry. It was just refilling the fuel lines. I always just pop the filter off and don't do any disabling to relieve pressure. When the fitting comes off, the pressure gets released!

What Fordnut said;^^^^^^^

Your "supposed"to get fault(s), because the fuel pressure was interrupted.
Always on my car anyway. Sometimes I have to remind the dealer techs to clear the faults.

So clear the faults and happy motoring or is it Maraudering.

That happened the first time I let the dealership change my fuel filter.
Didn't throw the code until I started it up and went to drive off the lot,
Long story short no problem and no explanation. Never happened again.
If the car is running fine and the filter is installed right AND you don't throw another code - rest easy!

Thanks guys. I definitely put it on in the right direction. Car is running smooth as can be. Just made me nervous because like I said, codes didn't come on until after the plugs where replaced and started a couple of times but, now that I think of it, The one start I did before the plug replacement was very short because I didn't want to heat up the plugs. Thanks again. The Members at this site definitely know there stuff!!

I had this happen the first time I changed my fuel filter, Now I turn the key on and off 3 times to cycle the pump then start it up. The light never came on after doing that.
