Group Buy: Locking Gods Head Valve Caps

Alrighty Ladies and Gents,


There seems to be enough interest to make this a run!

I have talked to Robert at Logo Caps, and he's willing to do another run of the God's Head Locking Valve Caps for us again!

These are the same ones I've done in the previous years past, and they will come in a set of four with two keys for removal.

Keep in mind, these aren't "theft proof", but it makes it harder for the kid down the street to steal them and put them on his 10 speed.

If you're interested, please chime in. We need 30 sets to make a group buy and I think we can make it happen. This has always been a popular item, so I'm hoping some of you guys that are new to the scene can get on it. I've gotten lots of interest but I have no stock.....

Some of you guys have emailed me asking for 1 or 2 caps since you've lost them, maybe this would be a good time to buy a set, and sell the other 3 to people?

This is how its going to go down (like all the other group buys I've done)

When the orders are placed, your card is charged. When all the orders are in, I will pay Logo Caps to start making the caps.

Once the caps are done, they are shipped to us, we pack and ship. Lead time will be approx 2-3 weeks to be completed to me, then I'll pack and ship to you guys!

The insert is a plastic threaded piece that is integrated into the chrome logo cap, and uses the special key/wrench to tighten onto the valve stem. If you try to remove the cap by hand, it just spins.

Using the special tool will grip the 'edges' of the black plastic insert and remove it along with the logo cap. Not theft proof from someone who is determined to remove it, but prevents a kid from stealing them in the driveway/mall parking lot.

So far yes... Those who already ordered and paid are waiting to receive the items, I'm assuming they're in the process of being made. If you haven't purchased a set, I believe he's got extras or having extras made, but now is the time to jump on it.
