I was going west on I44 and spotted a black MM with no tint heading east. It was around 12:10 and I don't remember exactly where I saw it, but it was between St Clair and Bourbon Missouri. Looked like there was only 1 person in it. I was hard to tell because of the rain. Anyone here?
