I need the gasket that goes between the stock air box and the stock maf.
The Ford parts book calls for part #F1AZ-9E931-A this is not the right part.
It appears to fit a smaller opening.
I figured I was in trouble when the parts catalog claimed the 4.6 2V was the same part number as the Marauder.
Any help would be appreciated.

Looking up the parts diagram a second time, we found the Marauder breakdown , it does not appear it has it's own part number.

Maybe an aftermarket company makes these, or anyone make one out of a sheet of foam rubber material?

Can you use a large "o" ring ??

I think the rubber o ring would be too hard. The edges are also square.

Silicone works just fine.

A foam rubber mousepad would probably also give you a good sheet of gasket material to make your own

I was trying to think of something to cut the foam clean and neat.

The thicker floppy ones are probably your best bet, usually have a cloth covering on the front.
RTV black silicone?
