spotted a black one going over st.george's bridge in DE heading south at about 5:20. you passed me on the down side of the bridge. however, i wasnt in my mm i was riding shot gun in a green e350. can had PA tags and SS inserts looked like it may have had a lil tint. also i may have spotted a DTR headed nort on 13 had jersey tags. not sure if it was a mm thought i just barley saw it

The dtr wasnt me, and i have seen a black mm down your way, i dont know if it had tints because all windows were down.

I think it was only an option on the police interceptor marauders, im not to sure though.
