Black with S/C Badges in Libertyville

I saw a black one with S/C badges Sunday afternoon parked a block away from the carnival in downtown Libertyville. I parked 2 spots behind in my truck. I thought the closest black S/C MM in the area is Brad down in Barrington. Anyone?
