I've had my Marauder for 6 year's and still enjoy the car just like I did when it was new.
Many stories and the many people, Ive met because of this car.
And I still get a kick out of the people who ask WTF is it?
Last year on our way to South Carolina, I had told my sister in-law how cars move out of your way and slow down to let you pass .
She coud'nt believe me untill she witnessed for her-self and she said Gary they watch you go by them, and then they try to catch up to you. And I said fun isn't it!
!Man I love this Car!:2thumbs:

I've only had mine for a little over 6 months and still love it. I've had people ask if it is a new Lincoln all the way through what is it? A few have known what it is and appreciate it. My wife says it is funny to watch people walk by it when it is parked. She says women almost never give it a second look, buy guys almost always do.
Every time I take it into the local Ford dealer (oil changes mostly), they all come out to look at it and ask about it.

I get looks quite often but I've never had people get out of my way. Usually people just want to race, but I've decided to save most of my racing for the track where it belongs.

In the Mustang I always got guys wanting to race or giving me the thumbs up. What I love about the MM is the WTF is that look. It is a very unique car that is fun to drive and plenty comfortable.
Congrats on year 6. I have owned the MM for only 7 months and have put over 10k fun miles on her since!

Very similar stories here. Some people appreciate it, some people don't know wtf to think, and most everyone gets out of the way on the highway. =)

I still remember the guy walking past in the parking lot. He stopped, backed up, took an extra look, smiled at me and then walked on. Then there was an older Crownvic, late 70's early 80's model he was pulling up past me and he just stopped. I saw him fumble with his cell phone taking pictures, car behind him was honking and he finally just cruised past me at about 3 mph. I smiled again. Then someone else honked and he took off fast.
I was stopped at a light, he was turning.
