MV6 or donate bone marrow to someone in need? Being in the military and on the bone marrow donor program I received a phone call Sunday that I may be a possible match for someone needing a transplant. I will be given orders to as Temporary Additional Duty (TAD) to D.C. (about one week) for the procedure. But, this may be at the same time as MV6. Dates (looking like around the same time as MV6) are still unknown at this time for the procedure. I know some of the CAMers will be attending MV6, but would like to meet up with those that aren't going. Hope everyone takes alot of pictures and post them up.

Honestly, I hope you donate the bone marrow. As much as you will enjoy MV6, I think helping out someone in that kind of need is more important.

It will do wonders for you mentally knowing you may have saved someones life.:D

Oh absolutely doing the bone marrow donor, if I'm the best match. I have a cousin who has really tested the odds as a four time cancer survivor, two of which by bone marrow(not mine). So, yeah I'll make MV7 next year, this year I'll hopefully give the gift of life for someone else.
