Is there some kind of battery operated block heater?
Something that will click on when needed and run for say an hour then turn off again and only turn back on in say another hour if needed?
Something that could be setup with a seperate battery(ies) in the trunk of our Marauder's?
Recharged via alternator.

Uh.....an alternator IS NOT designed to charge dead batteries....just maintain good ones!!!:shake:
You may achieve your block heating goal but will have to "plug in" to recharge the battery or buy a new alternator every few months!!

No but ther is an airtop heater that could do the job. Runs off diesel fuel just have to add a small tank for it.

Pluging in to recharge isn't a problem. It is just that there are times when you can't plug your block heater in and may need to use it.
Plus if I SC I don't want to risk it if at all possible not to.
I suppose a TEC with a battery or two in the trunk might work? Anyone know of any kits?
