I have burped the coolant system about eight times now to no avail. I tried multiple ways even. It is pointless. I am beginning to think this is not the problem. I have an appointment scheduled tommorow for a "Dr.'s Appointment". I hope all goes well. Thanks to all who have helped.
Arg... I am frustrated.

Could you explain how you burped the coolant system.

Of course.
Well I pulled up on our cement pad, which is about four inches of the ground.
I let the car idle for a bit, building temp till it hit about the 20mph mark.
I then un threaded (is that a word) the cross over cap.
Filled her up with coolant and water...
*The heat was on the whole time as well, I heard air pockets can get trapped in the heater core. Just FYI.
And basically I replaced the cap partially, not completely threaded in, would let some air bubbles and such flow out, and repeated.
Am I doing something wrong?

You forgot to cross your fingers and click your heals!:P
Seriously...I have been following your progress.
You're not alone with this hassle of burbing.
Most of us have been there...I know I have.
I just threw in in a few explicatives while crossing and tapping. :P

Crack the cap loose when the car is COLD and let it run with the cap cracked until it warms up.
Ive let my car for run as long as 30 minutes until the air bubbles disappeared.
...or take it to a Ford Dealer that has a mighty vac, the actual tool for removing air from the system.

Ran mine with plug removed and small funnel in it with about an inch of coolant in the funnel the hole time for about 30 minutes and never had a problem. Runs right in the middle in 96 degrees with the trilogy and stock thermostat.
