Seat problems

Okay guys, my driversside power seat is messing up. I think it may be the switch in the door, since it started malfunctioning a while back. It started by not going forward and backward, now it just doesn't do anything. I want to try to check the switch and see if soemthing is loose. How hard is it to get into the door panel? A step bu step walk thru on releasing or removing the door panel would help.

Thanks for the info. I'm going to take the door apart in the morning and see if i can fix it without taking it to the dealership.

I recently had the window switches replaced and am hoping that when the dealer replaced the switches for the window they accidentally loosened up the connections of the seat. Basically I just don't want to take her back to the dealer.
