Driving home from my neices on the 4th and I noticed the Stu Evens L/M is no longer in busness. They had two dealerships and Im not sure if the other one is around but I was shocked to see where I got my Marauder gone.It was in a good area and seem to be always busy.Just a sign of the times I guess.

Brown's L-M in Fairfax, VA disappeared 2 years ago. I miss their service department and was always well taken care of there.

Which one is gone? I know that my MM came from the Garden City location.

K&M, Ed Pike, and Northcoast, all merged to become the new Northcoast L&M.

The Stu Evans (Garden City) L/M on Ford Road is now known as Metropolitan.
The Stu Evans (Lakeside) L/M in Clinton Township is closed, but is rumored to have been recently purchased by Crest L/M.
Several years ago, Stu Evans also had a third dealership in Southgate, Michigan, but is now known as Southgate L/M.

Charlie,
Same thing down here. Heritage L-M closed down, that's where I bought my DTR, and they did all of the service work on it as well as the DBP until they closed. One of the local "mega-stores" bought up the dealership, selling L&M's along with Hyundai and Mitsubishi. Current service managers don't know shat about Mercurys in general, much less MM's, and that carries through to the parts dept as well; tried ordering some touch up paint for the Bluesmobile, was told that I must have a GM, as "Marauders only came in black." Asked the guy to follow me outside so I could show him the car, talk about clueless.
