im voting on broken off deer whistles, one of the ones on your jeep broke off (from original owner, we are 3rd after my uncle) and it looks like that.


Now if someone were to go look at it and tell us.....

Someone put the radiator cover back in wrong. Those tabs are supposed to go UNDER the header panel.

Rookie move.
