Black mm in milford delaware

I saw a black mm with red inserts in the rear bumper heading south on route 1 in milford delaware over the holiday weekend. They went by pointing at me and waving! Anyone here? I think it had north carolina plates?

I would have noticed the black and white delaware tag on the back for sure if it was you!! Im pretty sure it was north carolina plates on it maybe massachusetts? It was a white plate that had the name of the state at the top in red, but dude was moving pretty fast and i was waiting to cross route one from N.E. Tenth st. in milford. back windows were tinted but fronts weren't

I'm pretty sure it was me I was in that area over the holiday weekend, was it a friday morning?? I have my back windows tinted but not the front and I have North Carolina tags but silver inserts. It was probably a reflection or something. Also it was my girlfriend driving she has a pretty heavy foot lol!!!!!!
