I'm gonna be picking up the Eastwood kit soon and I like the red color but I wanna get something a little differant, I'm probably gonna get flamed for this but I'm thinking yellow, I'll maybe pick up some yellow bumper inserts to match, so let me know what you guys think??

I was also thinking of some yellow mesh behind the grille and maybe some more in the slots in the lower part of the front bumper

One of the guys at work just did his Mazda yellow and it looks great (his car is dark blue.)
Yellow would look good with black as well. I don't like the mesh idea personally, but the calipers would look good.
It's all on how much you want them to 'pop' out at ya, it will be quite noticable yellow ;)

Stop it, Tweety!
I would like to suggest black or grey. They'll not show the dust and will be neat and finished looking when clean, though inconspicuous.
My opionion is that 'stuck on' details as you are suggesting are ricerish. I play down the details and go for total composition when customizing. But hey, that's just me.
Folks WILL wonder why that 'big ol car' needs yellow calipers. Be prepared to show them!!!
All in all, if you like yellow, do it. Grab a theme and stick with it. Yellow calipers, yellow (reflective) inserts, yellow headreast or center console embroidery, etc. Just make sure you INTEGRATE the yellow and don't just 'stick on' a few yellow things from the FLAPS, you know? Maybe paint the valve covers yellow (which I think some one has done). etc.
Bottom line is if you like it, do it. I merely suggest you condsider and plan for an entire 'composition' and not just 'stick on' some yellow ricer junk.
All the best.

Thanks for the link. For those of you that have used it, is one bottle enough to do all the calipers? Can it really be put on without removing the calipers? Thanks.

So far I like the blue, the yellow and red...Silver may look cool...But I think you should go with something that wont look dirty from dust.

I followed Cruztakers excellent advice and did mine with the Eastwood kit last week. Took 5 hours and it was a hot day, about 82 degees. I couldn't decide between the Ford Blue and the Red. Finally went with the red and it looks great. Besides, I already have red trim on the UHI and the trunk lid cover, and the dash highlites of course. But I think the blue would've looked just as nice.
FYI, on the car the colors look a bit lighter than they do on their site. Mine almost looked orangy at first, but then darkened up.
No matter how careful you are you're going to miss spots. I went over mine 4 times, and even did the insides, but with the sunlight changing, shade patterns, etc., I still missed a couple of tiny spots. No one but me will ever see them though with the tires on.
I painted the rotor hats on mine at the same time. Remember extra acid brushes (the kit comes with one), screen off your car paint with a piece of cardboard when you hit the calipers with the brake cleaner (I scrubbed the rusty rotor hats in front as well and used the brake cleaner on them), and watch what you touch. That stuff is the stickiest hardest paint I've used.
Oh, and you'll think a mistake was made when you open the can, but that really is more than enough to do all 4 calipers and then some...

I picked red and love it, but Blue and yellow were hard to pass up on. Prep them good.

This product was designed to be applied on calipers not removed.
One kit is more than enough. Yhe paint will harden in the can by the 3rd or 4th time around the car depending on the temperature and humidity.
You will want to do this on a cool day <75 degrees and humid to get several coats applied. (60 to 68 is best)
You will also need to stop by your local craft store and get a bag of assorted sized brushes, as the one odd ball one provided is useless for detail spots. Just throw them away as you go and grab new detail brushes as they harden.

I have used G2 in the past and loved the results. It was easy to use and was a great product. As far as color, it's your car, do what you like and make sure you post pics when completed.
