Need More Marauders...

There is a "car show" every friday evening at the Capitol Blvd in Landover MD. There was only 3 Marauders repping in a sea of chevys...Can we change this?

Too far for me. I work until 10:30-11pm on Friday nights anyways up near Port of Baltimore and live an hour away lol.

I'd show up but I'd feel kinda goofy having a nearly stock, 2003 model year car at a car show. Kinda new and kinda stock. I'd feel only maybe 1 notch less bad then when I see old guys w/ PT cruisers at car shows. Although if I weren't the only one I guess I wouldn't feel too bad. It's gonna be a couple more weeks before I can go. I am working one panel at a time on wet sanding and rotary buffing my MM to take out 5 years of normal fine scratches. It's going to take probably 75 hours to buff the whole car (using many different pads and compounds). It's the first time I used a rotary and very aggressive cutting compounds on a black car, so cutting the scratches in hard clear coat down fast, yet getting all the swirls out in the sunlight, takes time.

Sometimes wish I lived a little closer to" CAM Country". Would like to be able to make some more of these meets! You guys have got to be one of the most active and involved groups of this forum. It makes owning one of these cars even more fun.;)

That is why I sometimes make the trip. Very active group and very nice folks to hang out with.

WOW...I can believe you said that:depress:. Its ppl out there with all kinds of cars...new, old, beat up, pristine...you name it...its out there...its not an official car show...its a place to see some cars on a friday evening. They dont judge the cars. You dont win or lose.
