Now this is probably the only story that involves no racing, but the outcome has been the same over and over... follow me here.

Last fall I had to take my dads M6 into storage and he was following me. I found a way to play with the car to get it to peal out and when I was stopped and had to make a left turn I gave it hell and pretty much drifted it into the next street. (No cars around) Since my dad was following me, I thought he would be ticked, but when I parked the car he told me that kinda driving looks better in the Marauder. The M6 looks like it's meant/capable of doing such a thing, the Marauder doesn't and looks like your having more fun with that car.

This spring I brought the M6 to Michigan to visit some people and my best friend and I took the M6 for s spin. He wanted to see what it had and we had some fun with it, but he too said the Marauder is more fun than the M6. The M6 is nice, but doesn't throw your head back into the headrest like the Marauder because of all those computers making sure your safe or some BS. I really didn't expect to hear that from my friend either because he pretty much hates the aftermarket world and is very fond of Volvos, nothing wrong with that, but someone who just likes new cars and leaves them stock liked mine over daddys car which is one level below a supercar (to me at least) is a surprize.

Finally I took my aunt for a ride in both cars last night and she too agreed the Marauder was more fun than the M6. All 3 people (dad, friend and aunt) said the Marauder is the fastest car they have ever been in. Later that night my aunt gave me a picture of her from 20 years ago standing by her 1971 Dodge Challenger that looked like it was straight out of Vanishing Point. The only issue was it had the 318 engine and was an auto, but I'm telling you it was just like the same looking car. I guess being a gearhead is in my blood.

Hope everyone liked that one!

My step dad won't even get in my car, he seen me leave his house with my mom once and she returned with more white hair than when she left. You got to understand, her corsica has never seen 55.

Yep, know the feeling. I had coal-black hair until April 2004.:drive:
