I don't get it. I had a Alburn posi installed about a year ago and when I take off now I only leave one skid mark. I did a burnout the other day (short time) and it was also a one tire fire. Now I don't hear anything wrong and just last week it was cookin' both rears.

What is the deal? Do I have to do a burnout for a certian amount of time? Haggis noticed this last year too, but if I do a burnout for a good few seconds both will light up.... they used to do it together all the time, now I have a delay. I don't get it. Could it have to do with taking turns? Last time I did a burnout it was after I backed into the street and lit them/it up and it left one mark. I was launching it one day after a turn and the same thing... one mark.

Is the car really sensitive to turns that causes this or do I have a serious problem?

Mine does this at the track ever since i had carmax install the updated clutch packs. Street usually no problem, i don't think they soaked them in friction modifier for a day like Ford stresses.

Auburn tells you in their instructions how to check the posi unit. You need to jack up only one rear tire, and turn the other using a torque wrench, and note how much torque is required to break away the posi clutch. Didn't you post on this issue already?

I have the same problem now but my LSD is stock...for now. I noticed last time I went racing.

When I come out of the waterbox you can see there is tons more smoke coming from the passenger side wheel.

I can't even do a burnout anymore, my KDW2 tires are bald which makes them also like slicks lol.
