Ok so I took the foglights out and put these HIDs I had in my eclipse in. http://www.manyadeal.com/index.php?main_page=product_in fo&cPath=65_66&products_id=180
They worked for about 10 seconds and now they don't. I was wondering if maybe a fuse blew but I'm not sure. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance

I guess no one can help here? I found out it was the fuse it is only 15 amps is it safe to put a bigger one in?

Uhhhh, no, not unless you want a fire.

You need to power the ballasts with a pair of relays, activate the realys with the factory feed for the foglights, power the relays directly off a fused lead @ the battery.

Yeah you lost me.

Take it to a auto electrical shop for install. You need heavier wiring and relays due to amount of power being drawn.

Check the socket connectors where the wires plug into the bulb.
Mine melted down due to the extra draw from after market bulbs.

I could run them on a toggle switch and be ok right?

You need a heavy duty relay with the right gauge wiring.

If you dont know how to do this, google it or get someone that knows what they are doing.

I just don't get it. These lights were in my eclipse and never gave me any problems.

The electrical system for the Eclipse is obviously different from the Marauder's. The Marauder controls the lighting through the LCM. I'm not sure, but it may be possible to damage the LCM with the higher amperage lights. Certainly it is possible to damage the wiring, as it is too small to carry the amperage you need. Add a relay which is controlled by the original fog light power wire. The power for the relay contact should come directly from a fused source at the battery. If this ain't making sense, you probably ought not to be doing it yourself, take it to a shop.
