Hello All,
I was recently pondering the idea of changing the plastic alloy-looking trim of the dash, door panels and shifter plate to something different. I was debating on getting actual carbon fiber or alloy material. Has anyone else done something like is? And if so, are there any good sources for pre-made parts? Thanks All!

The only one I have found so far is http://www.exoticwooddash.com/ They have the part numbers listed on the site now WD499c and supposedly have real carbon fiber and what they call "decor" which uses stickers. I haven't ordered these yet, but have been eyeballing them real close.

I've been thinking about the same thing, and was looking at a dark wood overlay to hide that crappy "dot-matrix" stuff.
I've found this stuff http://www.ahmotor.com/performancedivision/pc-145.html but don't know if it'll hold up to the heat down here. Anybody have any experience with it?

I looked at Sherwood Dash Inc... www.sherwooddash.com

They're a little pricey, though...

The only problem with these pre-made kits is that they don't include the pieces we need to cover the "dot-matrix" stuff. They all assume we're putting it in a GM which already has the wood where we have "dot-matrix".

We're one of a kind, no one else have what we have. Therefore I am sticking to what I've got!
