Trac-loc noisy

I had the Trac-loc rebuilt (Cobra Clutches & spring) a while back, after several miles the differential started to make a slight noise turning tight corners.
I had the garage that did the alignment add an additional bottle of Ford friction modifier, all the noise is gone.

My stock trac loc shuddered and grabbed aggressively going around tight corners, unless you added 2 bottles of lube (even with the fabled magical Red Line fluid, it defeinitely was not okay with no additive). I took it apart and the clutches looked totally fine. I think mine was just a little tight.

It actually got a little louder and makes noise turning at a fairly slight angle.
The thing grabs like a mother, even when the pavement's wet.
