I think now might be a great time to buy a MM. I purchased mine about 13 months ago for $16,900 with 41,000 miles. I have seen low mileage MM with 15k or less for $16-23. I bet dealerships are desperate to move any vehicles right now. With some hard core negotiation I bet I can find one for a steal. I am seriously thinking about upgrading to a super low mileage one at the right price. I should have waited. Oh well, you cant time the market you can only buy when you think the time is right. Have we seen the bottom value of the MM or will it get better for those looking to buy?

Prices will undoubtedly keep plummeting

You are not the only one. I think it's a great idea. I held out for a low mileage one the first time around and paid a premium for it. I paid $20,500 cash out the door in January 2007, for my 300A, not a ding on the car, non smoker car, etc, 22k miles when I got it. I would figure that now, in the same condition, it's worth about $13-14k.

I agree, and it will only get better for the next 1-2yrs. After that the prices will probably still drop some but it will be harder to find cars under 30k miles

Mine will still be under 40k. Maybe one day people will be knocking down my door asking to buy it. LOL. I can't see that happening but you never know. I was mad at the car a long while ago and tried to sell it, when the values of these cars were still up there, and I got a lot of interest but anyone that wanted to look at it, didn't have enough money to buy it. And that was the good market! I didn't try to sell it for all that long though.

Prices are dropping and it would be a great time to pick up another one if only I could talk the wife in to it.
I was very lucky when I got mine in in Jan 05 with 12k on it for an unheard of deal $18900. Only 6 payments left and it is mine.

I wish I waited to buy a car. I settled in january for a 1999 Seville. NOW i see Marauder's and Mustang GT's for 15000. I feel horrible.

I like my Caddy but their are no parts to make it faster.

I bought mine a couple of months ago, 14K on it, every option, a bunch of mods (2-2.5K worth), a factory warranty with -0- deductable to 75K for a touch over 20K, did I pay too much?? I made the offer, I felt it was fair to me and the seller.

I love my DTR, I wish I would have bought one, (or two) years ago. Everybody has a Mustang or Camaro, no one has a clue what these cars are.

Unless that car has 500 miles on it, yeah, you definitely did. But if you are happy with it, that's all that really counts. I would rather over pay for a flawless car, than buy a $10,000 Marauder with high miles and worn out paint in need of a restoration.

I bought it from The_pack_rat, it is very close to perfect, Eric took very good care of it.
